Returns

RETURN POLICY

At DOF we want your online shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. And of course, we want you to love your shoes!

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund providing the product is returned to us in original condition, unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

Sale items are not available for refund but can be happily exchanged or credited. 

Please contact us at customercare@dofofficial.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase outlining your reason for return so you can be issued with an RA number. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted. 

If you are returning a full priced item within Australia, our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label. 

For items purchased on sale, the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. 

If purchasing from outside Australia, all return costs (on sale and full priced items) are the customer's responsibility. 

Replacement items will only be shipped after the item has been received.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds on full price items only in accordance with our policy as above.

Your refund will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Returns and Exchanges are processed each Wednesday.

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending to you, but sometimes we may miss something.   

If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of goods and we will let you know the next steps. Full refunds are provided for items that are accepted as faulty.
