How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked via your confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail, and if you still have not received please email customer care for assistance.
How can i change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at customercare@dofofficial.com
Once your order has been processed by our team, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
If there has been a mistake, our team will be more than happy to assist.
Do I need to pay Duties and Taxes on my order?
International duties and taxes are now calculated at the checkout and are included in the total price. The checkout price is the final price.
Processing Times
All Orders are dispatched within 24 hours or order being placed.
During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
Changing or cancelling and order
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by emailing customercare@dofofficial.com or if it is in business hours contacting us via our shopify chat app on our website.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
